Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs the daily operations of PEO Tax Specialists.
• Ensures timely preparation and filing of federal, state and local payroll tax returns.
• Provides payroll tax expertise and supports client payroll tax concerns.
• Maintains relationships with clients, CPAs and Paychex departments.
• Recruits, hires, and evaluates personnel; mentors staff for advancement.
• Plans quarter-end and year-end tax processes and payments.
• Keeps knowledge current on payroll tax law changes.
