Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience managing a profit and loss unit.
• Process design and improvement experience.
• Project implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PEO Client Advocate teams to improve client retention and NPS.
• Review VOC data, client losses, and complaints to drive improvements.
• Manage budget and analyze interdepartmental reports related to cost centers.
• Develop and implement policies to improve productivity and service quality.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate staff; support career progression.
• Oversee remote PEO service employees and ensure high-quality service.
• Participate in due diligence for targeted PEO acquisitions and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and mitigate risk across contracts.
