Willis Towers Watson plc is seeking a Senior Pensions Data Specialist to join our pensions data solutions team in the UK. You will deliver data services including audits, GMP rectification and equalisation, and develop bulk tools to correct and optimise member data.

You will lead and review work, communicate complex issues clearly, and work in a flexible hybrid model with focus on client outcomes and quality. Experience with pension data cleansing and audits is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering multiple projects to set deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of UK DB Pension arrangements, including auditing, cleansing and rectifications.
• Ability to develop data solutions and customise software for pension calculations.
• Excel and Microsoft Office skills to manage complex data tasks.
• Clear, concise communicator of complex pension data to a broad audience.
• Experience building relationships with clients and third parties.
• Mentor junior associates and delegate effectively.
• Strategic thinker with ability to identify risks and issues.
