Accenture is seeking a Programme Manager to lead data migration initiatives within the UK Insurance Programme Delivery team. The role requires senior delivery leadership across Life, Pensions and Retail Investments with mobility to client sites.

Strong governance, stakeholder management and experience in pensions data environments are highly valued. The role involves directing complex tech-enabled transformations and ensuring successful migration outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience directing data migration programmes including migration strategy, cutover planning and data quality assurance.
• Senior delivery leadership on complex technology-enabled transformations within Financial Services.

Responsabilités

• Own delivery of a complex, multi-workstream programme aligned to client outcomes and commercial objectives.
• Establish and lead programme governance, including steering groups, risk management and dependency tracking.
• Manage programme budgets, resource plans, milestones and delivery predictability.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Manage supplier and third-party delivery dependencies and performance.
• Translate strategic ambition into executable delivery plans with pragmatic governance.
• Provide visible leadership during critical delivery events such as testing, data migration, cutover and go-live.
• Mentor and develop leaders within the team.
