Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. seeks a Senior Pension Administrator to perform accurate, timely processing of defined benefit calculations and related transactions in a multi-client environment.

You will operate several Fidelity systems within each client’s database and collaborate with multiple groups to deliver high-quality service. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance or Business, strong math and analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance or Business or equivalent work experience.
• Defined Benefit knowledge is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process various Defined Benefit calculations and disbursement setups with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and triage participant requests; manage and monitor workflows.
• Interpret plan rules and build calculation tools.
• Analyze and process transactions to meet quality standards for calculations and data updates.
• Contact participants to explain calculations or resolve issues via phone or mail.
• Support external client and internal audit requests with documentation and research.
