Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process moderate to high complexity pension calculations and transactions.
• Research and apply plan rules to ensure accurate disbursements.
• Support client and audit requests with documentation.
• Build calculation tools and data updates.
• Interact with participants via phone or mail to explain calculations.
• Assist in system upgrades and monthly testing.
• Triage participant requests and manage workflows.
