Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years IT experience with 7+ years in Pega design, enterprise architecture, and platform governance.
- Active Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA).
- Experience governing COE frameworks and reusable assets.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise technical design and architecture of core Pega platform services.
- Provide governance, reviews, and guidance across enterprise delivery teams.
- Facilitate problem resolution across distributed applications and integration layers.
- Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and COE standards.
- Oversee release management and deployment automation.
