Qualifications
- 12+ years of IT experience.
- 12+ years hands-on Pega development.
- 3+ years as a Pega Lead System Architect.
- Active Pega CLSA certification.
- Experience in Financial Services/Insurance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Pega applications.
- Define reusable components, frameworks, and design standards.
- Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders.
- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to enforce best practices.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across teams.
- Design integrations with enterprise applications and external systems.
- Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Ensure performance, security, compliance, and scalability.
