Techstra Solutions is seeking a Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) to drive enterprise-level business architecture, governance, and reuse strategies within the COE. You will guide cross-functional teams, design standardized enterprise workflows, and ensure alignment with enterprise risk and regulatory frameworks.
The role requires strong Pega LBA credentials, 8+ years in financial services, and leadership across business and technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in a large banking/financial institution focusing on enterprise platform governance and reusable components.
- Pega LBA certification/expertise.
- Experience establishing Pega COE governance, reusable assets, and enterprise intake processes.
- Advanced BPA, Direct-as-Design (DAD), and requirements standardization.
- Process improvement and release management experience.
- Knowledge of software solutions and design, UX/case design, and SDLC.
Responsabilités
- Perform Agile ceremonies as a Scrum Master.
- Oversee Application Delivery Process with extensive experience.
- Lead application design and architecture with breadth and depth.
- Manage packaged application integration and SDLC activities.
- Direct application testing and release management.
- Drive enterprise governance and reusable assets for COE.
- Collaborate with business units to align with COE standards.
