- Active Pega LSA certification and COE governance experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise technical leadership and governance for Pega platforms.
- Lead architecture design, scalability planning, and reusable asset strategy.
- Perform code/design reviews and enforce Pega Guardrails and COE standards.
- Guide delivery teams, resolve complex issues, and ensure secure, resilient solutions.
- Oversee release management and DevOps practices across enterprise projects.
- Mentor teams and ensure alignment with enterprise transformation goals.
