Qualifications

12+ years of overall IT experience.
12+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
3+ years of experience serving as a Pega Lead System Architect.
Active Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification required.
Deep expertise with Pega Infinity, Constellation UX, DX API, and enterprise integration patterns.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise Pega applications using Pega Infinity and Constellation UX.
Define and implement reusable components, frameworks, and design standards.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and Pega guardrails.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications and external systems.
Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
