Job summary

Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company, is seeking a Sr. Solutions Developer to design, configure, operate, and maintain Pega Cloud Platform Applications.

You will analyze processes, advise on solutions, and collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver high-quality, scalable results. Responsibilities include leading testing, ensuring performance and availability, and promoting Pega‑driven practices across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a systems architect or in a similar IT role.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Pega Cloud Systems.
• Experience building enterprise-level, model-driven business solutions.
• Knowledge of corporate systems architecture processes and trends.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams of technical and business stakeholders across the SDLC.
• Ability to learn complex material quickly and explain new concepts to both business & IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical teams to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of application configuration and delivery.
• Lead testing and ensure delivered work meets business requirements.
• Develop and deliver solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
• Promote Pega methodologies among business teams and teammates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
