Job summary

Technatomy Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer to design, configure, test, and sustain complex workflow capabilities for a DoD Pega Cloud modernization effort. You will work from approved architecture and designs to deliver secure, reusable, and maintainable case-management functionality while mentoring less-experienced developers.

The role requires strong knowledge of Pega case management, data pages, rules, and integrations, plus experience in Agile teams and testing

Qualifications

6+ years of software development, 4+ years with Pega.
Experience with Pega case management, data pages, UIs, and integrations.
Familiar with REST APIs, JSON, data mapping, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

Design and implement complex Pega case types, stages, and workflows.
Configure data types, data pages, interfaces, reports, dashboards, and security roles.
Apply architecture guardrails, reuse patterns, and documentation standards.
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and testers to clarify requirements.
Develop unit tests and support automated testing (functional, integration, accessibility, performance).
Perform peer reviews and guide other developers on Pega quality and troubleshooting.
Analyze and resolve defects in workflows, rules, data, and integrations.
Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities.
Support deployment validation, production stabilization, and enhancements.
Maintain technical notes and knowledge transfer materials.
