Job summary

Main Digital LLC is seeking a Senior Pega Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable Pega solutions for financial services clients. You will work remotely with architects, testers, and delivery teams to ensure high quality, secure deployments.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years hands-on Pega development, strong experience with Flows, Data Pages, and Connectors, and a solid grasp of guardrails and performance tuning. The role emphasizes collaboration, Agile practices, and enterprise readiness.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years hands-on Pega development.
Experience building Pega solutions using Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Connectors.
Guardrails, performance tuning, and best practices understanding.
Experience in financial services or banking environments.
Exposure to Cloud, DevOps, and Java technologies.
Experience supporting Agile delivery and architects on design.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Pega solutions aligned with business requirements and standards.
Build/extend functionality using Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Connectors.
Conduct code reviews and ensure Pega guardrails compliance.
Partner with solution architects to meet security/integration standards.
Support demos, sprint reviews, and stakeholder walkthroughs.
Participate in tests, defect resolution, and release support.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines.
