Job summary

Midland Credit Management, part of Encore Capital Group, is seeking a Sr. Solutions Developer to design, configure, operate, and maintain Pega Cloud Platform Applications. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to drive high-quality, scalable solutions across the full software delivery lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in a systems architect or IT role, strong communication, and expertise with Pega Cloud Systems and MS Office. CSA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 5+ years as a systems architect or in a similar IT role
• Strong communication and collaboration across business and IT teams

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical teams to develop high quality deliverables across all project phases
• Lead testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Develop and deliver scalable, high-availability solutions
• Drive adoption of Pega methodologies among teams
• Perform other duties as assigned
