Job summary

Marian House seeks a Peer Recovery Support Supervisor to lead Certified Peer Recovery Specialists, ensuring services meet BHA, Medicaid, COMAR, and MABPCB standards in a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed framework.

You will collaborate with clinical and program leadership, support staff development, handle documentation and quality assurance, and promote person-centered care to help participants achieve recovery.

Qualifications

• Active RPS certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years in sustained recovery per Maryland standards.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and mentor Certified Peer Recovery Specialists.
• Conduct individual and group supervision per Maryland requirements.
• Support staff onboarding, professional development, and certification compliance.
• Review documentation for quality, accuracy, and Medicaid billing compliance.
• Monitor service quality through chart reviews and QA activities.
• Assist staff with crisis intervention, recovery planning, and participant engagement.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and partners to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain supervision records and documentation in the EHR.
• Promote trauma-informed, person-centered, recovery-focused services.
