Anne Arundel County Department of Health seeks a Peer Support Supervisor to lead non-clinical peer recovery staff and coordinate recovery activities across multiple sites in the community. Responsibilities include staff development, cross-site program implementation, referrals, and data management in the Welligent EHR, with emphasis on harm reduction and MOUD concepts.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possess a high school equivalency certificate.
• Experience: Two years of experience providing peer recovery support services.
• Note: Military service may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of non-clinical, lower-level Certified Peer Recovery Specialists.
• Provide leadership, training, and quality monitoring to ensure alignment with agency policies.
• Coordinate program implementation across multiple sites and outreach locations.
• Deliver referrals, education, and outreach in individual and group settings.
• Ensure real-time documentation in Welligent EHR and support grant reporting requirements.
