Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of non-clinical Peer Recovery Specialists.
• Provide direct leadership, training, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate program implementation across multiple sites and partners.
• Plan and supervise recovery support activities at outreach locations.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in the Welligent EHR.
• Support grant reporting metrics and mandatory staff training compliance.
