Job summary

Clarvida seeks an innovative Lead Peer Mentor Track 2 for our Santa Ana program. The role emphasizes lived experience, peer support, and trust-building with consumers to promote recovery and self-determination.

The position includes mentoring, transportation support, and active collaboration with the treatment team to enhance consumer outcomes. A HS diploma is required; bachelor's preferred but not essential, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college courses a plus
• Consumer of mental health services or lived experience preferred
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with community agencies
• Knowledge of self-help and peer support concepts

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a team member under supervision of team leader
• Provide transportation and field-based mentoring
• Offer encouragement and problem solving on and off site
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional boundaries
• Document activities and coordinate daily living supports
• Develop relationships with agencies to advocate for consumers and families
