Job summary

Clarvida seeks a Peer Navigator Track 2 to join the Santa Ana team in a structured, community‑based role focused on recovery‑oriented support. The position emphasizes lived experience, empathy, and empowerment, with on‑site duties across clinic and field settings.

Pay is $23.00 per hour for a temporary position with 4‑month intervals. Basic duties include mentoring, advocacy, transportation support, and coordination of client activities, under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Consumer of Mental Health Services or lived experience with mental health services.
• Prior behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties as a team member under the team leader.
• Provide work‑related supportive services, including transportation using own vehicle.
• Mentoring, problem solving, and encouragement in clinic, activity center, or field.
• Support clients with timely communication and wellness goals.
