Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring and peer support in community and program settings.
• Assist clients in developing daily living skills and accessing resources.
• Transport clients as needed (personal vehicle required).
• Advocate and coordinate care with treatment teams.
• Support client recovery goals through problem-solving and planning.
• Coordinate social and group activities as assigned.
• Collaborate with team to align with treatment goals.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
