Clarvida is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Peer Support Specialist in California to provide recovery-oriented support with mentoring and advocacy. You will work with consumers to achieve recovery goals, collaborating with a treatment team while ensuring HIPAA compliance and professional boundaries.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a Peer Specialist Certificate, California driver’s license, and bilingual Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Peer Specialist Certificate required.
Lived experience as a consumer or a support person is valued.
Bilingual in Spanish is required.
Valid California driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide mentoring and peer support to consumers in community and program settings.
Assist clients in developing daily living skills and accessing resources.
Transport clients as needed to support community engagement (personal vehicle required).
Advocate, coordinate, and provide side-by-side support.
Support problem-solving and personal recovery goals.
Coordinate social and group activities and collaborate with the team.
