Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Pediatric Nutrition to translate business priorities into executable project plans within the Internal Agency. This onsite role drives end-to-end program management across marketing communications, balancing priorities, timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery.

You will collaborate with Brand teams and CDS functions, lead intake and kickoff activities, and maintain integrated project plans while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years leading complex marketing, creative or digital projects within a matrixed corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand teams to understand business objectives, marketing priorities and project requirements.
• Partner across CDS functions to align resources, timelines and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear & comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Parter with creative studio leadership to ensure appropriate staffing, capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are properly structured and positioned for successful execution.
• Maintain visibility to project health and drive resolution of issues that could impact delivery.
• Lead prioritization discussions and recommend trade‑off decisions when project demand exceeds available capacity.
• Proactively plan for upcoming work by aligning business priorities, timelines and resource needs across CDS.
• Build strong partnerships across CDS, Brand & cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Foster collaboration and accountability among teams to achieve project objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement of project management processes, workflows and tools.
