Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience with proven project management ability.
• 4-5 years’ experience in project leadership roles.
• PMP certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams by driving stakeholder alignment and guiding decisions.
• Lead projects including line extensions, reformulations, new products, new manufacturing processes and new packages.
• Plan projects by timelines and budgets; improve planning and forecast accuracy.
• Direct cross-functional teams through complex challenges and resolve conflicts across projects.
• Coach/guide/lead other PMs to elevate performance across areas.
• Manage project deliverables with limited supervision.
