Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years leading complex marketing, creative or digital projects in a matrixed corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management from intake to delivery.
• Develop, maintain and communicate integrated project plans and timelines.
• Organize and facilitate project reviews, decisions, and stakeholder approvals.
• Track milestones, risks, decisions and action items.
• Drive timely decision-making and escalate obstacles.
• Lead status meetings with detailed recaps and next steps.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott’s medical, regulatory, and legal guidelines.
