Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a registered nurse to perform care management duties for complex pediatric members across the continuum of care, developing personalized care/service plans and coordinating with families and healthcare providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care.

The role supports children and adolescents (0–18) with high-risk needs, with a standard Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST schedule and flexibility for school calendars.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing.
• 4–6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate service needs and develop care plans for high-risk members.
• Develop and continually assess long-term care plans with providers and resources.
• Coordinate between members, families, and care teams to ensure person-centered care.
