Therapy 2000 in the El Paso area seeks an Experienced Feeding Speech Language Pathologist for a part/full-time, home-based pediatric role. You’ll evaluate feeding and communication needs and deliver therapy where children feel most comfortable.

Texas license is required, with 3+ years of pediatric SLP experience and feeding therapy credentials. You’ll collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, delivering compliant care and progress documentation.

Qualificações

• Requires active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license.

• 3+ years as a pediatric SLP.
• Experience in a home-health setting.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, logs, and paperwork.
• Participate in meetings to align expectations and standards for care.
• Ensure compliance with all agency policies, regulations and laws in home-health pediatric SLP.
