Job summary
Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist with feeding experience to provide home-based services in Texas. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration, and compassionate patient care for children in Round Rock and Georgetown.
The position requires a Texas SLP license, 3+ years of pediatrics, and feeding therapy credentials. PTO, health/vision/dental insurance, a 401k with company match, and mileage reimbursement support clinicians delivering high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Active Texas license to practice SLP is required.
- 3+ years as a pediatric SLP.
- Experience in home-health settings a must.
- Experience or certifications in feeding therapy (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS).
- PTO and benefits available for full-time and part-time roles.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
- Develop treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
- Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
- Meet minimum weekly patient visits and complete chart updates.
- Maintain compliance with agency policies and regulations.
