Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to support children in the East Rockwall/Lavon/Fate area. The role focuses on pediatric feeding and communication therapies delivered in home-based settings, with collaboration across clinical teams.

Ideal candidates hold a TX SLP license, a master’s degree in the field, and 3+ years of pediatric experience, preferably including feeding-related work.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• 3+ years of pediatric SLP experience; home-health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric speech-language evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Meet required patient visit numbers weekly and document progress.
