Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our mission-driven team in Houston. This home-based role serves Texas families with compassionate pediatric speech therapy, often in a home setting, with a focus on collaboration and clinical excellence.

The ideal candidate holds an active Texas SLP license, has 3+ years of pediatric experience, and is bilingual (English/Spanish) with feeding experience.

Qualifications

• A current TX license to practice Speech Language Pathology.
• 3+ years as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience in a home-health setting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with feeding experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Meet weekly visit targets and complete chart documentation.
