Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist with feeding experience to join our home‑based team in New Braunfels, Texas. You will conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, and develop home programs in partnership with caregivers, coordinating with other providers to deliver high‑quality care.

Requirements include an active Texas SLP license, 3+ years in pediatrics, and experience in home health or feeding therapy.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license.
• 3+ years of pediatric SLP experience.
• Experience in home-health settings preferred.
• Experience or certification in feeding therapy (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS, etc.) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive speech evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
• Complete minimum weekly patient visits and maintain charts and documentation.
• Adhere to agency policies and state/federal regulations for home-health pediatric SLP services.
