The ideal candidate holds an active TX SLP license, has 3+ years of pediatric experience, and can provide feeding therapy or related certifications.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license.
• 3+ years as a pediatric SLP.
• Experience in a home-health setting.
• Feeding therapy experience or certifications (VitalStim/SOFFI/SOS).
• Willingness to travel between patient visits and collaborate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with multiple providers across disciplines.
• Meet weekly patient visit quotas and complete chart updates.
• Attend agency meetings to align with expectations and standards.
• Adhere to agency policies and applicable laws.
