Jobot is partnering with a leading pediatric hospital in Ohio to recruit a Senior Clinical Nurse Manager for the Pediatric Emergency Department. This on-site, full-time leadership role oversees daily operations in a high-acuity ED, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational efficiency while supporting staff and families.
Required: BSN; MSN or related field within 3 years; Ohio RN; 5 years pediatric ER/critical care; BLS; ACLS/PALS/TNCC/NRP as required; strong leadership and budgeting
Qualificações
- BSN required; Master's degree within 3 years of hire or already obtained.
- Ohio RN license required.
- Minimum 5 years nursing, with pediatric emergency or critical care experience.
- 3+ years nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Current BLS; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and/or NRP certifications within the applicable timeframe.
- Experience leading clinical teams, staffing, budgets, quality improvement initiatives.
