Job summary

Bethany Children's Health Center in Bethany, OK is seeking a Complex Care Charge Nurse to lead and evaluate direct patient care on assigned shifts. You will oversee skilled nursing activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while guiding staff.

The role requires Oklahoma RN licensure, CPR and PALS, and 1+ year of RN staff experience. Training weeks and onboarding are provided. This is a full-time, on-site position in a pediatric rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN license; CPR and PALS certifications.
• 1+ year RN staff experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and supports nursing staff to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Performs skilled nursing care in accordance with Nurse Practice Act.
• Handles administrative duties: records, scheduling, and coordination.
• Coaches and mentors nursing staff on clinical instructions.
• Liaises with patients' families and care team to ensure quality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
