Job summary

Bethany Children's Health Center in Bethany, OK seeks a Transitional/Rehabilitative RN Shift Supervisor to lead a nursing unit, directing patient care during assigned shifts and ensuring compliance with Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.

You will supervise staff, coordinate plans of care, participate in team conferences, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality pediatric care. Requires 3+ years of RN experience, Oklahoma license, and CPR/PALS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years RN experience.
• Oklahoma RN license; CPR and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing staff and coordinates direct patient care.
• Participates in planning and department improvement efforts; committee work, audits, and care plan updates.
• Performs administrative duties: recordkeeping, scheduling and cross‑department communication.
• Coaches nursing staff with clinical instructions and guidance as needed.
• Serves as liaison with patients’ families and care team to ensure quality care.
• Other duties as assigned.
