Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred in Nursing.
• Experience: 3+ years as RN staff in inpatient setting.
• Licensure: active Oklahoma RN license; CPR and PALS certifications required.
• English: must be able to speak, understand, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing staff and oversees direct patient care and daily unit operations.
• Coordinates care plans with interdisciplinary team and family liaison.
• Performs skilled nursing care per Nurse Practice Act and participates in committees.
• Manages recordkeeping, scheduling and cross-department communications.
• Coaches staff with clinical guidance and ensures quality of care.
• Supports training/onboarding; attends required orientations and meetings.
