Jobtailor seeks a Rehabilitation Services Director to lead and supervise about 30-40 therapists across PT, OT, and SLP in an acute care setting in Oregon. You will drive patient care quality, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement while coordinating care with hospital leadership.

You have 5+ years of clinical leadership in pediatric settings, a master’s degree in a therapy field, and Oregon licensure. This full-time role offers strategic influence and team development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a pediatric care setting.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise approximately 30-40 therapists and speech-language pathologists.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training of new staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Allocate resources, monitor productivity, and manage scheduling and workload.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement evidence-based practices.
