Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services in San Francisco seeks a Director of Rehab to lead our rehabilitation team in SNF and long-term care settings. Must be a licensed PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP to apply; this full‑time role focuses on program oversight, staff development, and quality care.

You'll supervise clinicians, implement new clinical programs, ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with facility leadership to advance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist (PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP) in the state of practice.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across all disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs are operating effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by regional or management.
• Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards; oversee timely documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care.
