Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a Rehab Director to lead the therapy team across locations in the long-term care setting. You will oversee PT, OT, and SLP services, ensuring clinical excellence and regulatory compliance, while driving program development and leadership within the team.

The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration across disciplines, and efficient resource management to maximize patient outcomes and staff growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Program.
• Current license/certification in the state of practice
• 2+ Years Experience in healthcare, long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight: Ensure delivery of PT, OT, and SLP with high standards of care across locations.
• Compliance: Enforce healthcare regulations, licensure, and certifications.
• Staff Development: Mentor and develop clinicians to grow skills and adhere to best practices.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Lead collaboration among PT, OT, and SLP for outcomes.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources across sites to meet operational needs.
