Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a Director of Rehabilitation for a well-established skilled nursing facility in Texas. You will lead and grow therapy services, ensure clinical excellence, and collaborate with facility leadership to improve census and resident outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PT, OT, SLP, COTA or PTA with 2–3 years of leadership in post-acute settings, strong PDPM knowledge, and a track record of managing operations and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT, OT, SLP, COTA or PTA.
• 2–3 years leadership in skilled nursing or post-acute care.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare PDPM and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership, operations, and financial management experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

A well-established skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead and grow its therapy services. This confidential search is ideal for a clinically strong, team-oriented rehab leader who excels in operational oversight, staff development, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for the rehabilitation department
