Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Manager, Close-ended Fund Administration in Denver to lead client relationships for PE fund clients and supervise staff. You will oversee US GAAP and IFRS reporting for closed-ended fund structures, including PE or Infrastructure.

You will help develop global client relationships, optimize service offerings, and manage NAV preparation and investor communications using Investran, eFront, and investor portals.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8+ years’ experience in fund administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of PE fund structures and NAV processes.
• Proven leadership and client service skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management for PE fund clients and direct supervision of staff.
• Oversee US GAAP & IFRS reporting for closed-ended fund structures including PE or Infrastructure.
• Assist in developing and optimizing global client relationships and service offerings.
• Manage NAV preparation/review and investor communications for fund clients.
• Work with Investran/eFront and related portals for fund accounting and automation.
