• 10 to 12+ years of experience in Private Equity, commercial P&C insurance distribution, or related business development.
• Strong ability to create access through senior relationships and move opportunities toward execution.
• Proven ability to build sponsor and broker/advisor relationships and translate relationships into opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for concise opportunity summaries and senior-level discussions.

Aufgaben

• Sponsor Relationship Development: build and maintain direct relationships with Private Equity sponsors and portfolio leadership.
• PE Opportunity Origination & Pipeline Management: originate and manage a measurable pipeline tied to acquisitions, renewals, and growth events.
• Broker, Advisor & Transaction Channel Engagement: develop productive relationships with PE-focused brokers and advisors.
• Internal Coordination & Execution: coordinate with underwriting, product, claims, actuarial, risk, legal/compliance, and field teams to advance opportunities.
• Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop: provide insights into PE themes and marketplace gaps to improve submissions and service delivery.
