Job summary

Par Pacific is seeking a senior IT Architect for PDI Enterprise across Retail Operations and Accounting. You will own back‑office workflows, reporting, and vendor escalations, translating complex requirements into PDI configurations and integrations.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on PDI Enterprise experience in convenience retail or petroleum wholesale.

Responsibilities

• Own back-office workflows, reporting, fuel reconciliation exceptions, inventory variances, and invoice verification.
• Translate operational requirements into PDI configuration, integration, or workflow solutions.
• Lead PDI enterprise configuration and platform decisions with SME, covering pricebook management, inventory, loyalty integration, and fuel reconciliation.
• Design and maintain PDI reporting solutions; drive module implementations and third-party integration architecture.
• Provide Tier 2 remote support for Gilbarco Passport POS, FP6 dispensers, and related systems; coordinate with vendors.
