Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a remote PDI Analyst to join a client team on a long-term contract basis. The role focuses on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing PDI software platforms and related enterprise applications across fuel, retail, and data exchange domains.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, optimize business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system reliability and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supporting PDI Enterprise software
• Experience with SIMPS scheduling or equivalent enterprise tools
• Working knowledge of EDI standards, transactions, and integration processes
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise application and interface issues
• Understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance PDI software platforms and related apps.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize data exchanges across PDI and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and integration effectiveness.
