Role Overview:

The Data Operations Analyst is responsible for managing data integrity, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting for key business partners. This role involves monitoring trends, identifying issues, managing escalations, and collaborating with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience with data processing tools, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Management: Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice
  2. Insights and Reporting: Prepare and coordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports
  3. Data and Analytics Strategy: Make recommendations to improve data and analytics systems and platforms, contributing to the continuous improvement and refinement of data and analytics strategy
  4. Resolve Escalated Issues: Act as a technical reference and escalation point for a team, resolving operational and nonstandard issues and providing advice and guidance on process and procedure
  5. Data Collection and Analysis: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats; involves working independently
