Job summary

Synopsys, Inc. seeks a PCIe/CXL System Architecture Specialist to engage directly with customer architects, guiding architecture decisions and closing real system-level design questions.

You’ll own engagement from platform requirements through deployment readiness, defining PCIe/CXL subsystem configurations for advanced SoCs and translating customer feedback into actionable input for product teams.

Qualifications

• Specialist in PCIe/CXL architecture with customer-facing leadership.
• Ability to reason about SoC integration, performance, power, validation.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture engagement for PCIe/CXL with strategic customers from requirements to deployment readiness.
• Define PCIe/CXL subsystem configurations for advanced SoCs with customer engineers.
• Analyze system-level trade-offs in performance, power, validation, and interoperability.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for product management and R&D.
• Support design-wins closures with architecture guidance and competition positioning.
• Create technical materials, application notes, and customer-facing guidance.
