SeeScan is seeking an experienced PCBA Failure Analysis Supervisor to build our in-house failure analysis capability for printed circuit board assemblies. You will investigate failures, document the findings, and repair boards when appropriate.

You will also develop functional board checks for receiving inspection, train and oversee the incoming inspector, and work with Production, Quality, Engineering, and suppliers to prevent recurring failures.

Formación

• 5+ years of board-level troubleshooting and rework on populated assemblies.
• 2+ years leading or supervising technicians or inspectors.
• Strong analog and digital circuit knowledge from schematics and BOMs.
• Disciplined fault isolation using meters, scopes, and test equipment.
• Experience inspecting solder joints to IPC-A-610 criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate failures, document findings, and repair boards when appropriate.
• Develop functional board checks for receiving inspection.
• Train and oversee the incoming inspector and coordinate with QA, Eng, and suppliers.
• Escalate recurring failures and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate bench testing, X-ray, and lab analysis with external providers as needed.
