Candidates should independently identify root causes, drive corrective action, and validate changes across analog, digital, and power domains while collaborating with design, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical validation, testing, and failure analysis experience.
• Independently identify root cause of electrical failures and drive corrective action and validation.
• Hands-on experience with bench-level debugging, soldering, and hardware probing.
• Experience with analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot complex hardware.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and failure analysis of PCBAs and system hardware.
• Identify root causes and drive corrective actions with validation.
• Troubleshoot analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Solder, rework, probe boards, and perform bench-level debugging.
• Analyze returns, failures, and field data to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and other teams.
