Qualifications

• B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of industry experience in PCB design and hardware development.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces (USB, Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, SPI, I2C).
• Deep understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, grounding, EMI/EMC mitigation.
• Hands-on board bring-up, debugging, and lab instrumentation experience.
• Experience taking products from prototype through manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex, multilayer PCBs for advanced instrumentation systems.
• Architect mixed-signal, high-speed, and low-noise circuits including analog front ends and embedded processing.
• Collaborate with SW/HW teams and external vendors for hardware–software integration.
• Develop and maintain documentation including schematics, layouts, validation reports, and specs.
• Drive design reviews, DFM/DFT best practices, and contribute to IP creation.
• Support transition from prototype to manufacturing and provide technical leadership.
