AdvancedPCB is seeking a Quality Manager to lead our quality team and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring printed circuit boards meet customer and industry standards. You will drive continuous improvement, manage certifications, and coordinate cross-functional QA activities across multiple sites.

Candidates should have 5+ years in PCB/electronics quality, with ISO 9001/AS9100 experience, and a track record in corrective action and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in quality assurance within manufacturing, preferably electronics or PCB manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ITAR regulations and their application to manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading quality teams and implementing quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100).
• Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, RCA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead the facility's quality team and QMS to ensure PCBs meet customer and industry requirements.
• Manage ISO/AS9102, MIL-SPEC 55110, 31032 certifications and documentation; maintain files for UL and others.
• Evaluate corrective actions and prevent recurrence; drive improvements and root-cause analysis.
• Update quality manuals and procedures; ensure annual review and compliance.
• Assess rejected materials against IPC standards; provide corrective action.
• Publish daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports and trends.
• Oversee data systems for yield, CAR, and restart; work with management on action plans.
• Supervise receiving/shipping document control and QA staff.
